As at December 21, 2011 we had 324 books out (sold or being sold by Brother Knights). Grand Knight Al wishes for our council to be #1 in sales this year.   He has done a great job of getting the books out to individual Knights.

We estimate that just over 100 council members have taken one or more books.  If you have not taken a book or you can take another book please call GK Al.   This is a great way of raising funds for our council and State Charities and also shows participation in a council activity.  We would be remiss if we did not acknowledge and extend special congratulations to several Brother Knights who sold 10 or more books:

Brennan Steward – 10 books

Dave Wehage – 10 books

James Wilson – 10 books

Early Bird Draw: If you want your tickets to be in the Early Bird draw you must get the sold books and funds to GK Al by January 9^th.

Mall Ticket Sales:  Another way to show your support for your council.  There is a mall shift that would be convenient for most of our Brother Knights.

Southgate: Jan. 2^nd to 8^th

Bonnie Doon: Jan. 9^th to 15^th

Bonnie Doon: Mar. 5^th to 11^th

Southgate: Mar. 12^th to 17^th

Brother Knights we are the largest council in Alberta.  Let’s be number 1 in Charities Appeal tickets this year.
