Thank you for volunteering.  The following will outline the schedule of activities

Volunteers are to show up at the Marian Centre at 9:30A.M.  This gives the Marian Centre staff opportunity to get the kitchen prepared for the volunteers.

9:30 to 10:30 - the volunteers undertake food preparation and/or other small projects.  Marian Centre staff supervises, so no special or prior experience is necessary.

10:30 to 11:00 - Tea break and spiritual readings.

11:00 to 12:00 - Food preparation continues, volunteers each lunch and pray for those they will be serving.

12:00 to 1:00 – patrons are served lunch.

1:00 to 2:00 – cleanup.                                                                                               

Please call me (780.434.7059) prior to November 18, 2008 if there is a problem with you being able to help out as I have to confirm the number of attendees to the Marian Centre by November 19, 2008.  Thanks.
